Hazelnuts whole, blanched

Whole, shelled hazelnuts are high-quality, carefully selected hazelnuts that have been completely shelled and processed to the highest quality standards. These hazelnuts are characterized by their light beige color, their pure, nutty flavor and their crunchy consistency.

The hazelnut kernels are ideal for direct consumption as well as for further processing in the food industry. They are often used in baked goods, chocolates, muesli mixes and desserts. Thanks to their high content of healthy fats, proteins and nutrients, they contribute to a balanced diet and offer a natural, authentic taste.

The product is offered in two packaging options: 12.5 kg cardboard box with inner film for bulk consumers and 2.5 kg plastic bucket for more flexible use. When stored properly at a maximum of 20°C and 70% humidity, the hazelnut kernels remain fresh and aromatic for up to 9 months.

Thanks to careful processing and packaging, the hazelnuts are protected from contamination and are tested under strict quality controls. They are free from additives, preservatives and genetically modified ingredients, making them an ideal choice for health-conscious consumers and professional food manufacturers.
